CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING: I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to offer your time slot to another client. LATE CANCELLATIONS: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a [100% of service] fee. Plus a $20 inconvenience fee! Late Policy • If you’re running late, please contact me ASAP. If you are more than 10 minutes late there will be a late fee of $20 • Clients more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and will lose their deposit. • Respecting time ensures I can give every client the full attention they deserve IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE: Please text, call, or use the online booking system to make changes to your appointment. DEPOSITS -Non-Refundable / Transferable: • Deposits are non-refundable. • You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice and transfer your deposit. • No-shows or late cancellations (under 24 hours) will result in a forfeited deposit. NO-SHOWS CARD WILL BE CHARGED FULL SERVICE AMOUNT plus $20 fee Payment Methods Accepted: CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, card, or booking system (specify yours) Why a Deposit? Your time is valuable — so is mine. Deposits protect the appointment slot and ensure commitment. Service Satisfaction • If you’re unhappy with your service, please reach out within 48 hours so I can make it right. • No refunds will be issued once services are completed, but corrections can be made at the stylist’s discretion.
